The Regulatory Service Management (RSM) team is responsible for supporting the system operations and governance function for US Regulatory Reporting, Financial Instruments (CECL & IFRS) and Reserve Bank of India Regulatory Reporting capabilities. This function involves monitoring the end to end operational process including managing operational calendar, data collection, data validation, process execution, delivery of results to Controllership stakeholders, and managing all the issues encountered in the process. Also involves managing any changes to the environment or to the data sources to avoid any adverse impact to the production processes. This team must have a holistic view of the data sources, processes, and outputs, and the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve problems related to the numerous data sources and processing involved on various Finance technology systems.


This manager role is responsible for the change management process to identify, capture, track, assess any upstream data changes or internal technology/infrastructure changes for the CECL & IFRS capabilities.

This individual will work with many stakeholders on the business and technology teams to capture and manage the changes being introduced to the existing capabilities with an objective to ensure that changes are identified and assessed proactively to ensure no adverse impact on the production processes. This position will report to the Director, Regulatory Service Management.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Define and implement a process to identify, capture, track, assess and monitor all the external and internal changes
  • Drive awareness on the change management process with all the relevant teams to drive their engagement and participation
  • Define metrics and provide a regular status reporting on the planned changes
  • Define operational controls in the process to ensure Change Management process remains effective and auditable
  • Drive consistency in the change management process across various Finance capabilities such as CECL, RRD, RBI, FDM etc.
  • Lead the automation initiative closely working with Technology to automate the change management process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong and proven Project Management experience required

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, facilitation and presentation writing skills. Must be able to communicate results to stakeholders including non-finance people, and including senior leadership.

  • Ability to visualize and define a business process. Process mapping experience is required

  • Previous experience working closely with Technologies to deploy systems to re-engineer processes and solve complex business problems.

  • Transformational approach to process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and results driven approach with an ability to convert strategic vision into clear project outcomes.

  • Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills with a proven track of positively collaborating, influencing and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners including senior leaders.

  • Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and make decisions in challenging situations.

  • Must be a self-starter with an ability to drive large scale change.
