An exciting opportunity exists to provide support to the Vice President & General Manager, Consumer Card Services Australia & New Zealand for a 9 month contract.
Consumer Card Services is the division of American Express which focuses in delivering outstanding products and services for consumers. The team is focused on attracting new customers, engaging them through our loyalty programmes and benefits, and delivering on our promise of providing the world’s best customer experience everyday.
This is a fast-paced role where adapting to changing priorities and being able to work under pressure is key. To be successful in this role you will have previous experience supporting senior executives, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work independently and confidently to a high standard.
Duties will include:
Comprehensive diary management
Manage international and domestic travel arrangements including air, hotel, transfers, and agendas
Coordinate logistics for all internal and external meetings, direct reports and leadership meetings
Ensure timely preparation of leader expense reports in accordance with the T&E policy including the reviewing of direct report expense submissions
Preparing local agenda’s for international senior leadership visits across A/NZ region
Ad hoc administrative / project work as requested by leader
Required skills include:
Previous experience supporting or working with senior executives
Excellent organisation skills with a strong focus on attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and complete work in a timely fashion against firm deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, timeliness and follow through
Excellent relationship skills, with ability to work with employees of all levels of leadership
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
