Job Description

In this role, we’re looking for a candidate to successfully:

  • Deliver extraordinary Customer First Experience and Value to Card members by embodying the service model
  • Engage Card Members on every interaction that nurture Ownership and Commitment

  • Leverage exceptional problem solving skills to identify and anticipate current and future needs in order to deliver a Customer First experience to help exceed Card Member expectations
  • Expectation of the SBS Customer Care Professional is to drive an extraordinary customer experience, develop member engagement, brand loyalty and capitalize on billings growth opportunities through Value Generation.



Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • French/English Bilingual Fluency required
  • A Growth Mindset, Will to Succeed, Flexibility and Active change agent
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a passion to Serve through with the accountability to solve on the first call
  • Complex decision making and negotiation skills are necessary to resolve Card Member inquiries and drive CM loyalty
  • Knowledge of products and services and eagerness to learn about additional products, services and functions
  • Ability to deliver extraordinary customer service to both internal and external customers / partners
  • Commitment to Card Member satisfaction and service excellence are a top priority
  • Flexibility to work shifts varying shifts between Monday to Sunday 9am and 9pm, 7 days/week
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
