Effectively triage reports of ethical and compliance concerns and the related investigations (e.g., review reports, designate issue types, refer to appropriate internal investigators, and assist in documenting case resolution)

Professionally and discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information

Help in enhancing the Amex Ethics Hotline and the AEO

Draft policies and procedures and the maintenance of same

Draft reporting content and cadence (e.g., ensure the key messages to relay to business and functional executives are being presented clearly and concisely)

Assist in managing a 3rd party vendor relationship

Communicate and market the Amex Ethics Hotline and the AEO to ensure awareness and understanding the roles of each

Assess conflicts of interest disclosures
Minimum Qualifications
-
3-5 years of experience is required

Process driven with great organizational skills and attention to detail and data

Great interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills; written, oral, and listening skills

Proficient at drafting effective presentations and PowerPoint decks

Strong analytical skills

Due to nature of information that will be handled, must show great emotional maturity and compassion towards others and situations they may be facing

Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
