Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Spoken French/English Bilingual Fluency required
  • A Growth Mindset, Will to Succeed and Open to learning and adapting  
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a passion to Serve through with the accountability to solve on the first call
  • Complex decision making and negotiation skills are necessary to resolve Card Member inquiries and drive CM loyalty
  • Knowledge of products and services and eagerness to learn about additional products, services and functions
  • Commitment to Card Member satisfaction and service excellence are a top priority
  • Flexibility to work during operating hours of Monday to Sunday 6am- 3am EST, 7 days/week
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
