Job Description

  • Lead team to implement the strategic direction for ResyOS and Resy web/app
  • Lead strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships
  • Represent the technological agenda in meetings and when making hiring decisions
  • Hire and structure the Resy engineering organization for growth and success.
  • Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
  • Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
  • Build overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
  • Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
  • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
  • Keep tabs on new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
  • Grow team members’ proficiencies; provide ongoing and actionable feedback, coaching, and mentorship that helps their directs improve their performance
  • Help build and maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork, intellectual integrity, ownership, mutual respect, the power of differences, and colleague satisfaction
  • Work cross functionally with Product teams to achieve seamless and well-integrated solutions that delight users

Minimum Qualifications

The right candidate will...

  • Lead technology teams in day-to-day operations, provide key expertise, supervise the heads of departments, and set performance goals.
  • Conduct technical reviews of products or solutions to compare and evaluate their applicability.
  • Contribute to senior management team, guiding strategic decisions and resource allocation.
  • Monitor management of all infrastructure, software, databases and licenses, maintenance, and projections of future needs.
  • Define technology strategies and ensure that processes meet expectations for federal, state and community privacy and security.
