Your mission: 

Ship products that enable small businesses to grow, simplify their finances, and pursue their passions. Work on a team alongside top-notch product managers, UX designers, engineers, and data scientists using modern technologies, lean methods, and design thinking practices. 

What you'll be doing: 

  1. Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders for backend systems to support the Kabbage product suite. 

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functionality.  

  1. Document user stories, business rules, use cases, and process flows for new features. 

  1. Document and communicate as-is and as-built capabilities 

  1. Participate and contribute in scrum ceremonies with engineering teams 

  1. Work alongside product managers to prioritize work for the development teams. 

  1. Lead projects from end-to-end. Build consensus while also identifying risks and removing roadblocks. 

  1. Assist with technical troubleshooting 

Minimum Qualifications

What you should have: 

  • Experience in a business analyst, product owner, and/or technical product manager role. 
  • Experience working with engineers on large, complex production systems in an agile environment. 
  • Experience working in backend systems is a plus 
  • Experience working with databases and ETL jobs is a plus
