Works with GAR/GR Director Portfolio Management and GAR/GR Program Team to ensure maximum value of the portfolio plan in terms of value-management and investment optimization. Works/Co-ordinates with Directors Product and Engineering Directors to capture, track and report Capacity Data in accordance with the Rolling Roadmap. Participates, Analyze, Report and Track the outcome of the investment decision-making process to enhance the alignment of Capacity, Demand and Opex. Provides recommendations on Capacity Planning, Finance Process, Reconciliation to arrive at optimal sequencing of the Rolling Roadmap where appropriate. Monitors and tracks multiple portfolio(s) against delivery, cost, budget, forecast, schedule and quality targets.

Minimum Qualifications

 

Supports the Investment decision process, by providing provision of technology budgets and advice on prioritization and scheduling

  • Assists in the definition, planning and build of the Portfolio Planning Activities(Opex, Supply and Demand)
  • Assist PMO director with Reporting, Analyzing and deriving insights of the Productivity and Efficiency Metrics by sourcing them from Rally/JIRA and Roster data sources
  • Responsible for Reporting, Analyzing and resolving queries on Platform Health and ‘Transform’ tranche related efforts spent.
  • Reconcile the SW Cap and Rally based Costing Model against the Opex Data sources
  • Understand, Analyze and Reconcile the Accruals, Payments, Invoices and resolve the variance against the General Ledger.
  • Work with RTEs to Platform Level Capacity Data and reconcile against the Rolling Roadmap
  • Provides solutions on Sequencing optimization based on multiple scenarios at Platform Level that is aligned to the Portfolio Plan and Rolling Roadmap
  • Assess, raises and Track any resource capacity risks that may affect delivery priorities
  • Drive the scoping to automate the Portfolio Metrics Capture and Reconciliation of Metrics across Supply side and Demand side.
  • Using appropriate tools such as Rally, JIRA, Confluence, MyHR, PMDB, MIRROR, in engaging with Product & Engineering teams
  • Ensures that all delivery projects are supported by an up-to-date Business EPICs, BID tickets(i.e. PMO governance reporting)
  • Using reporting tools, monitors the progress of the portfolio plan and ensures timely and effective communication of the status and assessment of risks/issues
  • Partner with Tech finance and Controllership to ensure alignment of OPEX budgets, actuals and forecasts
  • Accountable for the Roster Data by ensuring synchronization with Clarity and General Ledger sources
  • Assists Product and Engineering Directors with SOW entries, Clarity set ups and Ariba Reconciliations.
  • Finally, Manage the simplification of spreadsheet driven process and be the product manager to automate them using appropriate Toolsets
