American Express Company seeks Managers, Enterprise Digital & Analytics to serve as a member of a product innovation team using big data platforms to drive the development and maintenance of direct marketing capabilities across the enterprise. Produce and monitor the execution of prioritized project road maps and present progress reports to management. Conduct data mapping exercises for the ingestion of new data. Interface with cross-functional teams to capture feed meta data to optimize data ingestion across partner teams.
Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of experience leveraging big data platforms to design solutions that drive product innovation. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with campaign tracking and conducting data-mapping exercises for new data ingestion; 2 years of experience with analysis of large datasets; 2 years of experience with analysis and modeling for digital acquisition and marketing; 2 years of experience with translating complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences; 2 years of experience with implementing complex business strategies involving strategic marketing, fraud prevention, and auditing; and 2 years of experience with Big Data systems, business statistics, data analytics and analysis, data ingestion, data modeling, data mapping, ETL processes, Hive, and SQL.
