Function description:

With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all of these priorities. Charter is to drive scale for the business, and accelerate innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. A unique aspect of EDA is the integration of diverse skills across all of its remit. EDA has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world. In particular, the team will lead and provide the support for development of world-class personalization capabilities catering to all global markets. This would involve development & deployment of cutting edge Machine Learning/Data Science solutions which will be able to drive industry leading performance lifts. This will in turn require the candidate to exhibit a high level of expertise in data understanding through statistical analysis, decision support logic and data techniques. Colleague will drive improvements in generating data driven actionable strategies to enable business growth initiatives

Purpose of the Role:

The Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) team supports Global Commercial Product and Marketing business by providing actionable insights to drive business strategy and growth. This is an outstanding opportunity in a high visibility role that will work very closely with Product and Marketing organization to provide meaningful analytics and actionable insights that help in creating growth strategies.

The Analyst would be a part of EDA's Global Commercial Analytics team which is responsible for targeting, acquiring, engaging and retaining commercial customers over online and offline channels and delivering world-class analytics, insights and data products. The role would revolve around working on product analytics for Business Financing and Supplier payment products United States.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, or Economics / MBA) and/or Engineering

Past Experience:

0-2 years of relevant experience

  • Hands on exposure to Statistical Analysis (Forecasting, Modelling, Optimization techniques)
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with minimal errors
  • Strong ability to formulate and communicate strategies in a clear, compelling way
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking

Functional Skills/Technical skills:

  • Analytics & Insights & Targeting
    • Hive, Python , SAS, SQL,
    • Advanced Statistical Techniques
    • Data mining Techniques
  • Digital Product Management
    • A/B testing
    • Multivariate (MVT) testing
  • Data Science/Machine Learning
    • Expertise in Coding, Algorithms
    • Unsupervised and supervised techniques

Preferred: Knowledge of Digital Channels & non card Products
