This team promises to drive significant growth and value through the delivery of innovative products, tailored to the unique needs of SME Businesses.
This role within our GCS Lending & SBS Product Management team is responsible for the Proprietary Small Business Services (SBS) Charge Cards product line for APAC region. You will contribute to high-profile strategic projects delivering and maintaining exciting products, features & benefits. In this role, you will:
Support the management of SBS Charge products portfolio in APAC with a primary focus on Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong
Support the delivery of initiatives on our product roadmap. Opportunity to manage individual project work streams E2E from planning through to delivery and post-analysis
Support execution of value proposition enhancements including design & launch of new product benefits to deliver market leading value for SME Card Members
Lead with an external lens, by gathering customer insights and regular review of the competitor landscape to help inform compelling business cases
Deliver on core product management and actively lead in managing critical tasks and activities required to run the business such as support with managing Product Collaterals, partner payments, budget & invoice management, issues and stock management, iMH reviews, etc.
Present business cases and results to key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (internal & external) to drive NPS, engagement, and/or margin enhancement
Prior experience in project management, product or marketing preferred
Strong team player with demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skills
True passion for the Customer and Small Business
High attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and excel in a complex environment, while maintaining high standards of personal excellence/integrity
Self-starter who demonstrates a growth mindset and a hunger to learn
Excellent communication skills
