This role within our GCS Lending & SBS Product Management team is responsible for the Proprietary Small Business Services (SBS) Charge Cards product line for APAC region. You will contribute to high-profile strategic projects delivering and maintaining exciting products, features & benefits. In this role, you will:

  • Support the management of SBS Charge products portfolio in APAC with a primary focus on Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong

  • Support the delivery of initiatives on our product roadmap. Opportunity to manage individual project work streams E2E from planning through to delivery and post-analysis

  • Support execution of value proposition enhancements including design & launch of new product benefits to deliver market leading value for SME Card Members

  • Lead with an external lens, by gathering customer insights and regular review of the competitor landscape to help inform compelling business cases

  • Deliver on core product management and actively lead in managing critical tasks and activities required to run the business such as support with managing Product Collaterals, partner payments, budget & invoice management, issues and stock management, iMH reviews, etc.

  • Present business cases and results to key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (internal & external) to drive NPS, engagement, and/or margin enhancement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior experience in project management, product or marketing preferred

  • Strong team player with demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skills

  • True passion for the Customer and Small Business

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines and excel in a complex environment, while maintaining high standards of personal excellence/integrity

  • Self-starter who demonstrates a growth mindset and a hunger to learn

  • Excellent communication skills
