Prospect acquisition via digital channels is one of the largest investments in our Global Corporate business.  As part of the broader Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) Digital Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing world class digital products and experiences that support our international markets and help fuel our acquisition growth.  This team, Digital Acquisition – Owned Media, manages, develops and evolves our core digital product, the International Prospect Journey (i.e. the “card shop”).
The Analyst / Senior Analyst will play a key role as platform product owner within an Agile development environment, supporting the development, roll out and efficiency optimization of a new corporate prospect site experience across key international markets. 
Specifically, the Senior Analyst will:
  • Build and roll out a new responsive International corporate prospect site experience (optimized for mobile, tablet & PC), with a focus on best in class front end experience
  • Thoughtfully analyze test results to propose new site features, components and enhancements
  • Contribute to continuous enhancement of  E2E UX for all prospect acquisition pages and journeys
  • Create detailed user stories and functional requirements for development of a best-in-class site that is scalable across 20+ markets
  • Participate in Agile based project lifecycle activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning and QA
  • Track and report KPIs and metrics for leveraging Omniture and other reporting tools
  • Tag management and implementation
  • Partner with Paid Search, Display, and SEO teams to build and execute tailored experiences for channel traffic
  • Contribute to Quality Assurance testing on the launch of new templates, features and enhancements
  • Partner closely with technology and analytics teams to execute against defined product and development roadmaps
The role requires a passion for digital product development, especially using data to improve the user experience and content in a digital journey. The ideal candidate will have a balanced quantitative and qualitative skill set across marketing and/or product development.
Additionally, candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience working with cross-functional teams.


Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles and Responsive Web Design (RWD)
  • 2+  years of digital marketing (B2B or B2C) experience
  • Working knowledge of key digital acquisition channels including SEM, SEO and Display Media
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology
  • Experience with and knowledge of targeted and data-driven marketing technologies
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task and operate effectively under changing conditions and rigorous prioritization
  • Proven ability to work with and analyze large data sets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong track record of delivery against established goals and roadmaps
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional environments
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder objectives
  • International experience and/or additional language proficiency a plus
  • HTML / CSS / CMS experience a plus
