Senior Manager, Digital Conversion Optimization
- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to help drive improvements to our customer experience and deliver profitable growth on americanexpress.com
- Ideate, design and analyze MVTs and A/B/N tests with clear hypotheses
- Generate actionable insights
- Tell the story - communicate insights and recommendations to business partners and leaders
- Drive an experimentation-led culture
- Interact globally with all levels of the organization and teams including Product Management, Engineering, Design & Research, and other Analytics professionals to identify, build, and launch insightful tests
- Consult with cross-functional teams to identify, define, size, and prioritize strategic tests for conversion optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in MVT and A/B/N Test & Learn and vendors in this field is highly desired
- Strong knowledge of Web analytics (i.e. Adobe Analytics)
- Knowledge of product development and Agile/Scrum preferred
- Exposure to Lean Startup validated learning methods is a plus
- Ability to distill complex digital concepts into clear, concise business approaches
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with the ability to exhibit strong executive presence and collaborative/interpersonal skills
- Proven record to build relationships and influence broadly across the organization
- Ability to be a “change agent” by evaluating, analyzing, and implementing necessary changes; brings different perspectives to situations
- Demonstrates strategic thought leadership and can convey success and organizational growth via business decisions
