TRAM is seeking a stellar candidate who can support our 'Access Management team. This administrator will join a global team put in place to support Access needs for different business units we support.
 
This position is Primarily expected to handle the US Back Access Management work (FSB and AECB). High-level responsibilities of the Role will include:
  • The creation and management of IDs for more than 160 systems, including RACF, TSO, etc. to name a few
  • As a technical support administrator, you will use advanced problem solving skills to customers experiencing system access problems
  • Administer to IDs in accordance to RBAC. Will ensure adherence of SLAs in regards to Security Administration and Information Integrity guidelines
  • Will partner with Business & Technologies to identify/resolve user and system issues. Provide technical support, using advanced problem solving skills, to customers experiencing system access problems. Ability to handle & resolve Sev1, Sev2 IMRs in BUSA queue and provide root cause analysis to senior leadership
  • Ensure adherence to SOX (Sarbanes and Oxley) and Process Risk Self Assessment governance related to SOX and compliance guidelines
  • Provide feedback to customer/Business Units on incomplete or inappropriate segregation of requests working within the Information Protection guidelines
  • Is responsible for ensuring that the Company's information assets are adequately protected against unauthorized alteration, loss, disclosure, destruction or denial for multiple platforms that may cover different markets/regions
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures, workflows and policies for most customer/user groups for platforms such as Triumph, Legacy or GUI applications etc
  • Create a pool for quick and efficient future references for the Access Management department
  • Conduct Access Management Annual JFT Review and closely work with internal teams to complete ID remediation
  • Lead and / or participate in Six Sigma projects aimed towards improving the process

  • Background in working on Excel, will be preferred
  • Good communication skills, to ensure clarity when working toward issue resolution with internal customers
  • Natural curiosity and a penchant for quickly but thoroughly fixing issues and problems
  • Extraordinary care for the customer, including a desire to make the user experience as seamless as possible
  • Attention to detail and the ability to review multiple inputs to arrive at solutions

Qualifications

Required:
  • Min 1 year relevant experience in Security Administration Industry
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience
  • Proven Time Management and the ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities 
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to draw inferences and highlight opportunities
  • Understanding of American Express systems and technology
 
Preferred:
  • Experience working within a mainframe environment
