Senior Manager, Marketing & Customer Messaging Strategy
- Create holistic view of how we message to our customers today through all customer touchpoints across acquisition and customer
- Identity opportunities and implement to more effectively message across customer segments including machine learning, message testing, and language optimization.
- Champion the development of innovative marketing strategies and creative executions to deliver impactful benefit related communications to target customer groups
- Partner across all channels to integrate the new GCP brand platform into all customer touchpoints.
- Lead out on a body of work to analyze current incentives strategies across acquisition and customer marketing. Work to quantify overall impact of lifetime incentive strategies.
- Identify future messaging strategies to implement through personalization and digital test and learn
- Strong customer focused marketer with demonstrated ability to develop and implement key marketing strategies and plans and drive positive business outcome
- Excellent relationship and influence management skills and ability to work across a matrixed organization and with external Agencies.
- Innovator - Willing to challenge the status quo; uses breakthrough thinking to generate insights, alternatives and opportunities for business success
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage and track multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously
