American Express Global Commercial Payments (GCP) offers a suite of payment and lending products to help businesses and organizations of all sizes gain financial savings, control and efficiency. The Integrated Marketing team sits within Customer Relationship Management and the team Manager/Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will have an exciting opportunity to work on high profile initiatives in GCP leading, developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive significant growth for GCP business priorities. This is a unique opportunity to influence key product marketing initiatives in GCP.
This marketing role includes identifying key customer groups, building relationships and defining and driving a messaging strategy to drive acquisition and customer consideration. This role is a unique blend of marketing strategy and implementation and involves close collaboration with many groups including product management, account development, field enablement and brand.
  • Create holistic view of how we message to our customers today through all customer touchpoints across acquisition and customer
  • Identity opportunities and implement to more effectively message across customer segments including machine learning, message testing, and language optimization.
  • Champion the development of innovative marketing strategies and creative executions to deliver impactful benefit related communications to target customer groups
  • Partner across all channels to integrate the new GCP brand platform into all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead out on a body of work to analyze current incentives strategies across acquisition and customer marketing. Work to quantify overall impact of lifetime incentive strategies.
  • Identify future messaging strategies to implement through personalization and digital test and learn
