Job Description

This exciting role supports the Global Marketing Operations (GMO) for activities related to campaign set-up for American express prospect card members. The company-wide center of excellence enables Amex to reduce costs and strengthen controls through centralized processes as we execute marketing campaigns. Working closely with GMO and Marketing consultants, you will help to create and manage centralized processes that enable the company to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns. The key tasks of the role will include: • Process expertise in end to end campaign execution • Ownership of completion of all marketing campaign setup tasks or components • Execute all change requests applicable to the campaign across all components • Communicate with customers to understand campaigns to execute • Follow up with the CMT consultant and/or Marketing Manager for pending items or clarifications • Perform quality review of all the components, including new offer setup to ensure accurate execution • Reporting on campaign progress to stakeholders and discuss clarification/ red flag issues on review calls • Adherence to compliance and regulatory requirement while setting up campaigns • Ensure proper tracking and reporting of requests, issues, and follow ups • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner within a deadline-driven climate • Ability to coach Team members, identify and correct opportunities areas to drive improvement in process quality scores • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities basis standard industry quality practices • Reporting and Analysis to stakeholders on campaign trends and progress RequirementsThis role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in Marketing Campaign management domain • In-depth knowledge of marketing campaign execution processes across multiple channels and setups • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Advanced Excel skills and MS Word skills • Familiarity with VBA programming and Tableau is desired • Superior process and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. • Experience in marketing campaign execution or implementation in digital/online channels, project / campaign management and an interest in technology/systems. • Demonstrated skill in building and leveraging relationships; a team player. • Proactive, personable and high energy. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Self-motivated and able to act with a high level of independence. • Personal commitment to quality • Payments or financial services industry experience is a plus
