Manager – Account Development (Corporate Card)
 
The Position has 2 roles: Main activity is client management aimed at growth in corporate card spending of the client portfolio which consists of 20-30 large companies including global companies.
Position's primary objective is to enhance corporate card spending by offering effective solutions to clients' T&E expense / cost optimization, compliance control and work efficiency.
The secondary role is new client acquisition to expand our portfolio by collaborating with acquisition teams.
The position needs to interact with overseas colleagues to leverage our global resources and manage global clients, which requires business English ability for daily business interactions.
The position reports to the director of Large Market Japan.
 
当ポジションは、既存大法人顧客の営業マネージャー職として、20-30の大手法人カード顧客
ポートフォリオを管理、法人カードプログラムによる、企業の経費の最適化、ガバナンス強化、業務効率改善の施策を提供することにより、法人カードの利用促進を図ります。
ポートフォリオにはグローバル契約企業も含まれ、海外本社担当営業との密な連携が
求められます。
 
当ポジションは、新規法人カードプログラムの契約獲得により、
ポートフォリオの拡大も同時に行います。

Qualifications

1. Has Challenger sales skill elements to achieve individual growth targets.
2. Demonstrates good business acumen, ability to analyze prospect pipeline, sales and financial performance reports.
3. Strong communication skills with proficiencies that create collaboration, plus impactful presentation skills to internal & external audiences. (Native level Japanese and business level English)
4. Ability to lead change and innovation both in business and team.
5. Key competencies – due to the broad nature of this role, requires sales, relationship management, and portfolio management.
6. B2B sales experience of at least 5 years.
