This is a Band 28 requisition
 
JOB OVERVIEW:
 
• Handle all back office tasks for  ANZ market
• It is a blended process with 30-40 % calling
• Should be able to multitask as would be cross trained across all skills including making OB calls.
• Should be a team player.
• Able to deliver on goals.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Should be able to meet timelines as per SLA of the task assigned.
• Should be a quick learner High on Personal Accountability
• Shifts -ANZ Operations working Hours

Qualifications

 

 

Qualifications:
  • No active counseling Minimum G2/L2 Rating in previous year end Assesment Proven Performance in driving results
  • Minimum of 1 Year in American Express
  • Knoweldge of American Express Policies and Procedures
  • Basic Knoweldge of Excel is required
