The role of Marketing team is to support the growth of partnership business in Japan, through marketing consultation to PCS parters.
This position reports into the VP / GM Japan Partner Card Services and is responsible for providing marketing consultation to partners. It includes product deign, acquisition strategy, card member engemenet as well as network value creation. The position is responsible to inspire and convince partners to drive Amex business.
The incumbent will manage a team of 2 Band 35.

•Minimum 5 years of marketing, product management, strategic development or related experience required.
•Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
•Well developed understanding of the consumer card business or the network partner model, with experience of working across a diverse group of stakeholders.
•Ability to build and leverage relationships at all levels to influence outcomes across stakeholders.
•Strong business acumen with P&L management experience.
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, in a fast moving
•Proven ability to inspire and motivate other.
•Excellent communication skill in both Japanese and Englich.
