Job Description

The Digital Interactions team manages our Live Chat, Messaging, Email, and CoBrowse capabilities. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Development to assist with the ongoing management and development of these products. To be successful in this role, you will need to combine strategic and creative thought leadership, broad business knowledge, a deep understanding of our customer and their needs and be comfortable in a fast changing, dynamic and very innovative and iterative environment.
 
The successful candidate will be helping to drive the strategic expansion of our products and introducing these channels to new customer touch points, new businesses and new markets. You'll partner with our technologies teams, taking innovative proven ideas from validated hypotheses to executed opportunities.
 
You'll collaborate with the Customer Experience team, ensuring that everything you do aligns to the current and future design principals of servicing over digital channels. You will work closely with other capabilities & product teams across the enterprise to integrate our product platforms and to drive seamless solutions that enable our product roadmap. This is a unique role with an opportunity to become part of a dynamic team driving digital engagement in a rapidly expanding customer channel.

Experience in the digital space is preferred but understanding our customers and how we meet their needs across channels is more important – “digital” no longer exists in isolation, it compliments a holistic experience for our customers across channels and devices.
 
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in project delivery and change management requiring multi-functional alignment
  • Extensive experience working with software developers and engineers, with a strong ability to translate product requirements succinctly and ensure technology deliverables are built with high quality
  • Able to independently drive large-size tasks and projects on a global scale
  • Ability to develop product CBAs
  • Ability to drive results in a matrix organization, across groups and markets without direct authority
  • Analytical skills to interpret information and draw insights and recommendations using Live Chat perspective and context
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to resolve complex problems independently
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to determine operational and control requirements by analyzing business functions and customer behavior; then construct workflow diagrams and specification documents
  • Agile methodology training and/or experience preferred
