Job Description

As a Manager of Account Development, you will be responsible for identifying and executing on new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of high spending clients. You will be measured on the success of the portfolio as measured in spend growth and other key scorecard metrics.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Sales Skills, 5-7 years minimum
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong consultative sales skills including negotiation, influencing and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to close the sale
  • Effective pipeline management skills
  • Ability to develop a daily, weekly and monthly call plan
  • Strong business and financial acumen, understanding of business financials and ability to create a financial business case
  • Ability to partner with clients across all markets/industries
  • Strong computer skills, experience with SalesForce.com a plus
  • High achiever with proven high performance results
  • Strong will to win and a positive, tenacious attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong compliance record in prior positions
