Job Description

The mission of American Express is to be the world’s most respected service brand. Global Servicing Network (GSN) is responsible for the end-to-end management of our credit, collections and customer service operations around the world. We aim to strike the right balance between helping Card Members in need, taking actions to recover balances and limit exposure for American Express.


This position sits within the Credit Operations Nordic team in Stockholm. In this role, the successful candidate will provide service via phone and mail for our Finnish card holders in credit related issues and enquiries. You will be in charge of collecting overdue balances as well as making sure we enable spend for our card holders.
