 This position will be supporting the digital acquisition of American Express proprietary cards through the telemarketing unit. To this purpose the position will be accountable for the key tasks of performance and measurement of the call center campaigns. In the daily activities, the position will be reviewing contact rates across campaigns, conversion rates in each group of agents, helping to manage quality of calls, refusing objections with agents, product mix of sales and coordinating database and reports management in order to meet daily sales goals.

  • University degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similar careers

  • Strong Interpersonal/influence management skills with the ability to work across business units, executive levels and diverse functions

  • Ability to operate independently and proactively
  • Fluent in English is desirable
