This role will be responsible for creation and improvements to our digital card acquisition journey along with other digital related capability roll-outs within the Japan market.
Responsibilities will include a blend of project management, strategy, and partnering with both internal and central business partners in order to help develop best-in-class digital customer experiences in Japan.
Job Responsibilities includes;
1. Helping to build best in class web experiences on all the medium, including the visual/functional design and presentation of content
2. Working with internal and central teams to understand and lead in digital discussions, providing insight into local needs and requirements, developing solutions and best practices
3. Monitoring and identifying digital opportunities in order to test and improve acquisition journey
4. Assisting with the project management of new digital initiatives working with Central teams
5. Gathering and analyzing of data in order to drive improve acquisition conversion rates and determine optimal journey
