Manager/ Senior Manager - B2B Pricing Strategy
- Refine B2B segmentation and begin crafting end-to-end pricing framework for all segments of B2B utilizing the American Express network
- Develop the foundations of a value based pricing framework
- Developing and managing KPIs for our B2B deal portfolio and providing strategic direction as necessary
- Lead consultation for B2B deals involving Global Currency Solutions
- Liaise with the global Deal Consultation teams to ensure consistent B2B pricing strategy
- Developing and showcasing strong B2B payment expertise including competitive intelligence and extensive marketplace knowledge
- Developing successful partnerships across pricing, product management, risk and sales teams
- Accountability for driving measurable pre-tax income growth for GCP
4+ years of experience in consulting, commercial banking/payments, corporate finance, pricing or related fields
Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Strong strategic decision making skills with ability to assess key decision levers and make recommendations that impact diverse stakeholder needs
Excellent financial analysis and problems solving skills. Ability to translate complex financial analysis into actionable insights
Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple work streams simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Knowledge of payments industry a plus
MBA, CFA and/or other professional qualifications preferred
