Customer Care Professional
This is a Band 28 requisition.
- The candidate will be responsible for operational support for American Express India’s team.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing projects which will be a focused on India Market L&R requirements & will be responsible for data extraction & collation .
- Candidate will leverage information using different tools to create reporting solutions
- The candidate will need to Implement processes to drive data governance and implement quality controls & perform data entry on day to day basis
- Ability to leverage technology to solve for reporting needs - Advanced Excel knowledge will be an added plus
- Self-starter with ability to execute with Minimal Direction and strong attention to Detail.
- Open to work in any shift between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm windows ( Mostly fixed shifts but should be flexible to meet business needs).
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Analytical mind & attention to detail
- High level of Customer sensitivity, commitment & service orientation
- Amex product knowledge desirable
- High result orientation.
- Ability to take independent decision & meet stringent deadlines
