Manager - Marketing Operations and Loyalty
- Identify and develop innovative, strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth of our consumer cards portfolio in Thailand
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to develop innovative marketing and brand development strategies
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, customer engagement and spending initiatives, and loyalty programs
- Create and execute effective communications programs to support marketing initiatives and product support
- Manage and enhance marketing capabilities infrastructure and related marketing channels
- Develop and improve concept-to-launch marketing processes
- Optimize a marketing budget and ensure campaigns are executed with excellence
- Manage key Consumer Card business relationships, with merchants and issuing partners
- Lead a team of 5-10 marketing professionals
- Deep knowledge and 10+ years of experience with various elements of consumer and business marketing as well as advertising and brand management in Thailand
- Knowledge of the Cards or Financial Services markets preferred
- Customer and people-centric mindset, with proven ability to craft initiatives, programs and campaigns that appeal to consumers and internal business partners
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and project management discipline to deliver specific business results on time and on budget
- Exceptional relationship, change management, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic, positive leadership and the ability to work independently as well as inspire, influence, and collaborate with others
- Will to win and innovate to maximize opportunities within the limitations of every environment
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Thai
