Job Description

As an Account Protection Specialist, the person will be handling fraud chargeback processes as issuer for all markets in EMEA region. This role will be responsible in maximizing chargeback and ensure high productivity and high quality is met. The successful candidate will:
•Drive results at individual level to ensure high productivity and high quality is met.
•Handling fraud transactions in inventory from end to end, such as first presentment, second presentment, good faith and etc.
•Perform chargeback after case analysis based on fraud chargeback knowledge and Business Operation Policy.
