Job Description

-Manage/Initiate Travel/Expense payment processes & accounting processes
-Support for trouble shootings & resolutions of Accounting/Enrollment process errors
-Support to design Accounting Process with Local Finance teams for Local TLS initiatives
-Ensure/Monitor back office team activities to prevent Financial/Customer impacts
-Manage/Monitor Enrollment processes by working with GNICS teams
-Maintain monthly accounting reports with Analysis/Investigation
-Ad-hoc projects & administrative supports          
 
Please note that salary increase in case of lateral move (move within same band) are provided only an exception basis and in line with compensation guidelines.

Qualifications

・Excellent oral and written communication skills
・Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
・Fluent both oral and written in Japanese and English is essential
・Must be proactive and possess the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously & prioritize accordingly
・Strong team player with a high level of integrity

・Strong analytic skill and attention to the details
