American Express is hiring a Analyst/Senior Analyst for its Cross Channel Strategy & Capabilities team in New York City. 

Overview of Team
Winning share from our existing customers is a top priority as American Express mobilizes to capitalize on key growth opportunities over the moderate term.  As a part of the Cross-Channel Strategy team, you will play a critical role in enabling the innovation and delivery of this vision to drive Organic Growth. As a team, we are responsible for leading key strategic across channel (Phone,, Direct Mail and E-mail) initiatives, targeting our Card Members across the Consumer Card portfolio. 

Overview of Role
The Analyst/Senior Analyst of Cross Channel Strategy & Capabilities will be responsible for leading cross team strategic initiatives that help to drive personalized and relevant marketing. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, high-visibility team and deliver critical results across multiple funded strategic big bets for the Customer Marketing organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Work on cross capability initiatives within Customer Marketing, collaborating with all key business and technology stakeholders
  • Support the development and management of the data roadmap for Customer Marketing delivering the retrieval of new data to be used across campaigns
  • Develop project plans, test plans, and training materials as needed
  • Create a communication strategy to ensure seamless adoption and usage of new functionalities & data
  • Support the delivery of the Acquisition Offer Reinforcement roadmap and the implementation of new features
  • Project manage milestones and dependencies in a structured and transparent manner
  • Develop solutions when possible but escalate risks as needed
