We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our travel team.

Extensive training will be provided, therefore experience in Travel, Hospitality or Tourism whilst desirable is not necessary. Having completed our training program you will be able to assist our premium card members with their travel bookings with a particular focus on the high end luxury travel segment.

Responsibilities include research on destinations and products, providing recommendations to card members, making necessary bookings and assisting with visa applications.

If you have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience, take great pride in your work and enjoy going above and beyond to delight your clients this role could be for you. Excellent verbal & written communication skills are essential along with being computer savvy and having a willingness to learn.

  • A strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering ‘WOW’ service
    Customer service experience (minimum 2 years) 
  • Excellent and verbal communication skills 
  • Computer savvy 
  • Must be an excellent team player, willing to drive team results 
  • Be patient and able to work under pressure. 
  • Travel, hospitality or tourism exposure desirable 
  • Must have a willingness to learn as all technical and product training will be provided
  • Willing to work on day shift i.e. different work schedules and some weekends
