Job Description

We are looking for highly experienced, professional Lifestyle Consultants who are talented and creative individuals to join our dynamic and vibrant team, focused on providing exceptional customer service to our VIP Clients. 

 
Responsibilities:
  • To provide personalized and pro-active service to our discerning and high net worth clients.
  • Assist our card member’s needs from restaurant and golf bookings, concert tickets, access to private events, as well as fulfilling a wide range of other Lifestyle requests all over the world. 
  • Research and recommend diverse, luxury experiences tailored to our card members’ preferences.
  • Ensure detailed and accurate records of all client communications.
  • Offer extraordinary and flawless service where no request is impossible.
  • Go above and beyond to deliver the best customer service to your client
  • Be professional and knowledgeable at all times


 

Qualifications

  • A strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering ‘EXCELLENT’ service
  • Knowledge and passion of luxury products, top restaurants, sporting events, arts and entertainment. 
  • Creative and pro-active in problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Must be an excellent team player, willing to drive team results
  • Be patient and able to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work between business hours of Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm
