This is a BAND 28 Role:

 

Key Accountability Metrics Will Include

 

 1. New Card Acquisition Via The Online Channel And Other Emerging Channels Of Acquisition In The Digital Space

 

2. % Of Acquisitions That Are Hvcm And First Year Attrition Rate

 

3. Controls And Compliance Defects

 

4. Ensure That The Conversion Rates And Approval Rates Are In Line With Country Business.

 

5. Ability To Assist In Partner Relationship Management At Locations

Qualifications:

 

Strong Sales And Customer Focus. Ability To Service Efficiently Within Desired Timelines

 

• Leadership Skill Sets To Lead A Team Of 5 – 12 Partner Employee/ Team Member

 

• Strong Relationship And Influencing Skills .Effective Communication Skills And Has To Demonstrate Personal Excellence

 

• Ability To Understand And Grasp The Basic Requirements Of The Digital / Online Sales Channel.

 

• Effective Time Management MBA With 0 To 1 Years Experience Or Graduate With 1 To 2 Years Of Experience
