The Proprietary Card Services (PCS) Canada Marketing Team is a dynamic, fast-paced environment and represents an exciting opportunity for career growth and development. Within PCS, the Consumer Card Acquisition Team is responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies across all products and channels to successfully target and acquire high-value card members. The Digital Acquisition Marketing Analyst/Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving card acquisition within the Distribution partner channel.
This will be a contract role with high probably of a permanent placement after completion of assignment role.
  • Drive profitable card acquisition through digital online and offline channels
  • Collaborate with external partners as well as internal stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns end to end, from conception to  implementation
  • Manage and own key relationships with all external partners to develop and execute winning campaigns as well as channel strategies
  • Direct and oversee the marketing calendar and annual budgets for the channel
  • Be the subject matter expert for the Distribution channel and support product owners as required
  • Accountable for driving the performance and results of the channel; own and manage performance dashboards and provide updates to greater team and senior leadership
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to develop and recommend strategies to improve channel performance
  • Manage relationships with internal and external third parties;  collaborate with Product teams, Legal, Compliance, Tech, World Service and other teams to deploy new offers, campaigns, and/or products within the channel
  • Develop the annual acquisition marketing strategy, responsible for forecasting as well as getting buy-in from partners and senior leaders
  • Identify new profitable opportunities as well as optimize existing partner performance through test and learns
This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.


  • University degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce, or equivalent combination of education and business experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an equivalent marketing position
  • Previous Digital Marketing and/or partner management experience is an asset
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a high degree of analytical capabilities
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Able to work well in an autonomous environment with the skillset to  juggle and prioritize concurring projects effectively
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in developing and delivering presenting to peers and senior management
  • Proficiency in MS Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business development experience is an asset
