Job Description

Provide support to FES Compliance Management in all the Regions and to provide audit, detection and financial oversight across FES global organization, in relation to controls and compliance requirements as per company policies and local regulatory laws and regulations.
1.Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) on new FXIP account applications.
2.Effective management of high risk D & B alerts and staff termination accounts.
3.Maintenance of existing accounts in terms of updation of Registration numbers, contact details,authoriser details,address details, bank details,phone trading details etc.
4. Management of Annual Finanacial reviews, Re-activation reviews and closed account reviews
5. Timely clearance of bridger hits which surface during the time of payments processing/batch scanning/real time etc as per the sanctions manual /relevant policy in force from time to time.
6.Processing of Settlement On Card (SOC) clients.
7.Undertake quality review of all KYC information on existing FES client base
8. Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence Review on high risk new account applications.
9. Undertake quality review of all KYC information on existing FES (IP/WCS/CFX/Retail) client base
10.Completion of audits and controls and compliance testing throughout FES global business units. This includes monitoring and assessment of compliance with local regulatory requirements and Amex internal policies and SOX testing.
11.Conduct ad hoc KYC file reviews as and when required.
12. Identification and Matching of funds received on Amex bank account against the client transactions before it can be released.
13. Ensure processes are followed and KPI’s achieved in order to release client payments successfully.
14. Ensuring accurate recording of credits received and identification and reporting of discrepancies.
15.Work with FES and market compliance to investigate and resolve potential sanctions matches.
16.Work with FES Compliance Management on enhancements to various platforms.
17.Assist FES Compliance Management and Transaction Monitoring Analysts with resolving alerts.
18.Provide input to the FES KYC Compliance self assessment.
19.Provide support to FES and market compliance management as and when required.
20.Review and analysis of system generated reports and financial statements.
21.Timely reporting and escalation of significant issues
22.Meeting established Compliance & Control goals
23.Cross team collaboration – proactive engagement with FES Management
24.Compliance with AML Policies and Procedures.

This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.




•Ability to prioritize and work to tight daily deadlines (to meet currency cut off times).
•High level of ability in the use of, and understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
•Ability to work within a team environment with diverse set of team members to achieve team goals.
•Do root cause analysis for various exceptions & assist to resolve and fix the causes for exceptions.
•Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers.
•An in-depth and applicable knowledge of PCs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel , Word , Access) etc. Must be able to navigate successfully on Internet based applications.
•High levels of confidence to be able to independently deal with the Global Banking / Financial Institutions.
•Familiarity with banking procedures and terminology is desirable.

•Must be able to meet deadlines to provide quality customer service and ensure departmental and business goals are achieved.
•Ability to grasp and retain large volumes of diversified information under concentrated timeframes

•Thorough professional with core compliance or business skills. Graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in the banking sector) OR Post Graduate freshers (M. Com , MA Eco , MBAs etc).
