Job Description

This position is within the 4th party audit team.  This team manages audits for AXP US credit card legal collections portfolio for 4th party law firms. There are three main components of the audit which are onsite review, transactional, and call monitoring testing/scoring.  The core responsibility of this role is to perform transactional testing.  This would be reviewing legal documents and system documentation/notes to ensure adherence to AXP procedures and US regulatory collection requirements.  In addition this role may also assist with other testing components when needed.

Other activities included within this role are conference calls with vendor/partners, data/document exchange logistics, training, professional development.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of Collections, Audit and/or Financial Services experience
  • Strong  written/verbal communication skills, high level of attention to detail, strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Preferred requirements are experience with audits, knowledge of US collections regulatory requirements/law, financial services background.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
