Job Description

The person in this new position will be responsible for 1) centrally-funded Above the Line activities and 2) company homepage (local) management
 
Scope
 
1) ATL
 
- Project management (schedule, budget allocation/financial management)
 
- Media planning/buying, day-to-day management (traditional/digital/social)
 
- Research/Tracking & reporting
 
2) Website management
 
- Optimization/enhancement planning and implementation
 
- Global project implementation (system upgrade, etc.)
 
- Day-to-day website management
 
- Research/Tracking & reporting
 
*Alignment required with
 
- Central brand team (media team in NY)
 
- Cengral digital (capability) team
 
- Local acquisition team (digital/F2F)
 
*Colleague/Partners
 
- ATL/BTL manager (creative, guideline) & team
 
- Digital communication team
 
- Local PA&C
 
- Agencies (Media /Web strategy)

Qualifications

*Required background
 
- Experience in web management and advertisement (traditional/digital media)
 
- Digital marketing/advertisement background is strongly preferred
 
- People management experience

- Strong leadership (proactive & spontaneous / flexible / positive)
 
- Communication effectively (respect others / logically speaking up own idea)
 
- Customer-first mindset

- Fluent in English and Japanese
 
- Flexibilities in schedule (lots of conference calls in the morning or night because the counterpart is mainly in NY)
