Job Description

Line Increase is a key strategy for the Canadian market enabling growth of our lending portfolio. We are looking for a Team Leader who brings strong Consumer Credit Operations knowledge to support this Multimarket PLI Canada Operations Team in a dynamic environment. .  The incumbent will be responsible for running the operations which includes but is not limited to: helping set the strategies and executing against them flawlessly, project management, capacity, talent acquisition and providing insights to further drive growth. The Leader will be responsible for coaching Credit Analyst team on service excellence, assertive, direct negotiation, sales and spend enablement, through feedbacks, and trainings as required.   Ability to use judgmental decision making to drive customer loyalty and growth for the business. Strong attention to detail and ability to exceed Quality standards and meet regulatory compliance requirements, procedures and BST.

Comfortable working in a Multimarket, Multiplatform environment.
