EDA (Enterprise Digital and Analytics) is a global organization with in marketing organization of American Express. Its objective is to provide end to end solution to global marketing business with a charter to drive scale for the business, and accelerate innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business.

CPS Know Prospect Targeting:
CPS Known Prospect Targeting team is responsible for devising plans to drive acquisition through channels where prospect is identifiable and can be targeted with personalized offers E.g. channels like DM and Pre-Qual. The team is also mandated to design and implement controls to curb gaming in prospect channels for all markets. The team specializes in decision science using both statistical & ML tools, segmentation, ROI analysis and capability implementation.
Incumbent will be part of the team responsible for gaming control and prospect CMV.
The candidate will be required to work on sizing the opportunity of gaming controls, designing and implementing the best in class solution and track performance of the implemented controls.
The individual will be supporting channels like DM, pre-Qual, Partner DM/EM etc.
The candidate will be required work in close liaison with partners like product owners, channels owners, finance and technology to design and implement solution to increase acquisition profitability as well as enhance customer experience.
· Post graduate in quantitative or business discipline from premium institute with 1–2 years of work-experience preferably in analytics.
· Expertise in data-driven problem solving and hands-on model development. Working knowledge of OLS, Logistic models, Decision trees, nearest neighbor
· Comfortable working with large datasets. Experience in PYTHON, HIVE, PIG etc. will be considered advantageous.
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
