The primary responsibilities of the Project Analyst position include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading all elements of time management including leave of absence tracking and record retention for US based organizations in Global Services Group.
  • Reconciling time entries across Dayforce/eWorkforce Management and reporting outcomes to the business.
  • Liaising with our third party vendor, employees and leaders to ensure all leave of absence instances are managed, processed and communicated in a timely and accurate manner, and in compliance with external legislation and company policy, in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must understand relationship care and demonstrate the “Blue Box” values
  • BA degree preferred
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of American Express policies and procedures
  • Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion when dealing with leave-related issues and inquiries
  • Must have excellent relationship building skills, written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and listening skills, and the ability to explain tasks in a clear and concise manner
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must be able to breakdown complex issues and resolve in a timely manner
  • Dependability / reliability is very important
