Job Description

  • Negotiation, follow. Up and control of malls (administrative process)
  • Administration, monitoring and Control of companies (platform in system-SIPV)
  • Coordination and logistic of installation, removal and maintenance of all booths of sale at national level.
  • Control and monitoring of inventory of booths at national level (suppliers and sales places)
  • Elaboration of reports. (Malls, payment control, operations, contracts, maintenance calendar, etc...)
  • Process of vendor registration in system and request for payment requisitions
  • Direct relationship with suppliers and internal clients.
