Job Description

Position to provide administrative support for the entire legal department in Japan.  Duties include general clerical tasks, such as drafting simple documents and coordinating with other departments, as well as other administrative duties, including scheduling, billing, filing, etc.

This is a contract position and working hours is 27 hours a week.

Qualifications

  • Prior admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions (i.e., proficiency in MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Native Japanese
  • English fluency (ability to read and write; but verbal skills may not be as crucial)
