In this opportunity the company is looking for a Global New Accounts Customer Care Professional to perform in the Global Services Group (GSG) business unit of American Express.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced, structured, multinational environment with changing priorities.

• Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to correspondence concerning Commercial New Accounts.

• Support internal partner requests.
• Document account information clearly.

• Maintain performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality.

• Exceptional command of the German & English languages.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
