This position is responsible for developing new partnerships aiming to deliver incremental BCV, ECV, Organic growth and portfolio expansion focusing on SME segment. The incumbent will ensure the program/product/partnership will be implemented with high customer satisfaction through end-to end process, working closely with various cross-functional teams.
Partner Development / Sales
1.Capture business growth ideas from key stakeholders (i.e. LM Sales, SME Sales AD, GMS, ICS, Risk, etc.)
2.Deal structuring and negotiations to maximize partner potential to grow GCS business.
3.Coordinate with internal check points for implementation and obtain consensus. (i.e. LM Sales, SME Sales, AD, Finance, GCO, Compliance, Operations, etc.)
4.Involve necessary teams in GCS as a part of implementation or project. (i.e. GPM, Global Marketing, GPD&O, Tech, etc.)
