Assistant Manager - Internal Acquisition

Job Description

This position is responsible for planning and execution of Internal Acquisition programs, i.e. Supp Card, Upgrade and Companion Card offers, to existing Cardmembers in ICS Japan to drive Organic Growth in Billings and Revenues.
The responsibility includes;
> Plan and execute E2E Internal Acquisition programs from targeting, campaign planning, channel optimization, customer journey mapping up to offer deployment.
> Engage and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders, e.g. PLD, Digital Capabilities, Finance, RIM, GSN, GCO and Central teams, for well-organized program implementation.
> Influence and manage third parties, e.g. creative agency, printing company, telemarketing firm, to leverage their knowledge and expertise for successful campaigns.


> Ensure compliance to Local market regulations and AXP internal policies and guidelines


Please note, Salary increases in case of a lateral move (move within same band) are provided only on an exception basis and in line with compensation guidelines.


Qualifications includes;

> Solid experience and knowledge of Consumer Marketing or Digital Acquisition
> Ability to work independently and influence people without direct authority
> Ability to encourage and motivate people to work together as a team.
> High integrity and transparency.
> Agile and resilient.
> Strategic and analytical thinking.
> Strength in metrics.
> Proficiency in English (writing and verbal),  Native level in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking and listening) 
> PC skilles (Excel, Access, Word and Powerpoint)
