Job Description

The person will be in charge of SBS OBTM channel, Teleprospecting Strategy and lead assignation process
Your day-to-day functions will include:
1. Leading an acquisition channel through 2 different third party vendor
2. Leading a lead generation Telemarketing  strategy
3. Achive monthly targets of new accounts, billed business and potential charge volumen
4. Resolving operating issues with televendor and managing the relationship
 5. Overseeing, managing and directing a team of 2 people and 70 people working at the televendors' facilities
6. Formulating short-term goals and long-term strategies in order to achieve segment targets, expressed in several parameters. 
7. Monitor and ensure the correct lead assignation process
8.Reporting, MIS and follow up on pipeline management
9. Partnering, collaboration and alignment with key areas such us sales team and global information management
10. Searching for new opportunities and segementation strategies in the prospect database as well as continue with it's enhancement

Qualifications

We are looking for the following experience and skills:
1.               Total work experience – over 8 years with at least 3 years managing a Call Center.
2.               Experience in financial or service industries.
3.               Experience in marketing,  sales, business development, or customer management of at least 5 years, preferably managing telemarketing campaings.
4.               Experience managing third party vendors
5.               3 Year experience supervising direct and indirect teams.
6.               Fluent English is a must.
7.               Experience in working with B2B prospects and acquisition is a plus.
8.               Experience analyzing massive amounts of data with multiple variables and capacity to make short-term tactical and long-term strategical decisions is a must.
9.               Capacity of working in large multi-disciplinary teams.
10.            Hands-on, proactive, resilient are the main qualities for this position.
