Come join the exciting Enterprise Cloud Platform team as a the Capacity Program Manager!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage hardware, network, and storage capacity for the growing Cloud platform which includes Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Extended PaaS (xPaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service, and Hybrid Cloud
  • Track Cloud platform resource usage and proactively identify capacity risks and drive to avoidance/ mitigation working with portfolio teams
  • Recommend and initiate Cloud platform resource level adjustments including re-purposing of existing resources and new orders
  • Add new products, and continue to improve/automate, the capacity management model and reporting
  • Produce hardware data-driven forecasts working with eCP Engineers and Product Managers
  • Publish cloud resource consumption reports
  • Identify and implement automated ways to improve Cloud Hardware management
  • Perform data analysis and recommend options to support strategic procurement decisions
  • Analyze and identify consumption optimization opportunities for reduction of waste, decomms

Support adhoc projects and presentations as required

Qualifications

Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • 10+ years’ experience working in technical project, program or product management roles
  • 5+ years’ experience with Forecasting, baselining
  • 3+ years’ experience with TBMT/TCAI
  • Advanced understanding of virtualized/containerized hosting platform architecture
  • Passion for learning
  • Programming/Advanced Excel skills to automate complex data collection and reporting processes
  • Experience with data modeling, ability to create and modify models
  • Advanced skills in loading and retrieving data into SQL database
  • Passion for automation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a technical lead role working in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translate into a plan of action and implement it working with multiple other teams
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated to deliver consistent results and manage complex issues through collaboration and creative problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance and direction
  • Located in Phoenix
