Job Description


We are looking for a reliable Credit&Collection Specialist, to contact debtors and collect the outstanding balances for our company and manage other card operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Multi-functional operational responsibility for national and multi-national Corporate Card and Business Travel accounts
  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
  • Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
  • Handle questions or complaints
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Create trust relationships with clients when possible to avoid future issues
  • Update account status and databases
  • Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
  • Act as an operational consultant to MADs and other internal customers

Qualifications


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
  • PC literate, working knowledge of MS Office
  • Numerical/analytical skills
  • Excellent communication in Czech and English
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
  • Highly customer focused and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Manage uneven work flows
  • Proactively seek opportunities for improvement
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
