Global Compliance and International (Card) Products team is part of the Global Commercial Services Technology responsible for delivery of global projects and programs in regulatory and issues management product domain. We also manage and deliver card product related engagements e.g. co-brand launches in international.
The role is responsible for the planning, coordination and status reporting of ORE and CAPS (Issues Management) projects from initiation to implementation. Responsible for managing project costs, resources, change requests, risks and issues to ensure that maximum business benefits are maintained. Provides regular project status updates.

  • Identifies and tracks key project milestones
  • Ensures all systems of record for project reporting are kept current, and directs and monitors work efforts on a regular basis
  • Ensures accurate reflection of project budgets, forecasts and actuals within project and program management tools
  • Monitors and communicates progress of project delivery in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues
  • Ensures effective change control procedures and processes are efficiently used to maintain control on scope, schedule and cost
  • Responsible for the delivery of small projects that deliver functional change to a single business product/service or provide support to medium to large projects that deliver significant functional change to multiple applications for single business products/services

Required Skills: 
  • Ability to work with numbers, understand finances and good understanding of Project Management Tools (Clarity)
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • The knowledge to run projects in Agile, Waterfall or a bit of both
  • Agile skills and ability to carry out daily stand ups and address the root cause of problems
  • High energy, sense of humour, mind set to learn from failures and celebrate success
  • Motivation to question the status quo and consistently improve processes and tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
  • Prior relevant Technology and business work experience
