This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Communications Capabilities team within the Global Servicing Network as a Product Analyst, Global Communications Capabilities. The team owns and manages the capabilities that send over 2 billion communications each year to our customers. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that will be focused on:
  • Transformation of our communications capabilities
  • Communications across key customer journey's
  • Evolution and investment strategy in our critical platforms
The Product Analyst will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders across the business including Compliance, Operational Risk, Technology, Operations, NEO, Digital First, Risk, and Enterprise Digital & Analytics teams in order to drive projects that ensure timely and accurate delivery of communications, meeting and satisfying all Governance and Compliance requirements.

The Product Analyst in this role will be responsible for:
  • Driving and Supporting projects and strategies that would enhance our Communications Capabilities
  • Driving and Supporting initiatives that enhance and optimize the communications that we send to our customers   
  • Defining and Building a reporting and analytics solution for servicing communications and Global Communications Capabilities
  • Using data and analytics to identify new and innovative ideas and enhancements for communications and communications capabilities, as well as ideas for proactive and customized communications
  • Taking these ideas from validated hypotheses to executed opportunities by driving projects/initiatives associated with these ideas and opportunities
  • The person in this role will also have the opportunity to identify, manage and drive a backlog of communications enhancements to support the capabilities team’s roadmap



  • Project management experience with proven ability to partner with the business and technologies for project delivery in a matrix organization, and without direct authority
  • Agile and product ownership training, certification and experience  
  • Experience in the digital space and a deep understanding of our customers and how we meet their needs across channels
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and draw business insights and recommendations and drive implementations based on these recommendations
  • Ability to partner with other teams to identify testing opportunities, and validate their results and recommendations using Communications perspective and context
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to resolve complex problems independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail even as candidate simultaneously manages multiple projects
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with other teams
  • Strong presence, influencing and negotiating skills
  • High degree of comfort, agility and resilience in a fast-paced dynamic, changing environment
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree
  • Product Management experience
